Our ferrous metal removal unit is designed to be easily installed in existing pipelines or outlets of various equipment such as pulverizes, blenders, and classifiers. Each standard unit includes two permanent magnetic grids that can be removed for cleaning, with the option for a system with multiple grids for special applications.

The magnetic rods are made of hard ferrite ceramic magnets or high-intensity rare earth magnets, housed in a sturdy steel casing.
