Our Permanent Magnet drum pulley is the perfect replacement for the drive pulley at the end of conveyor belts. Designed to fit various conveyor belt types, our drum pulleys are custom-made and ready for easy installation. Featuring a magnetic head roller, this drum pulley efficiently extracts iron particles from the material flow and transports them to the underside of the belt for removal and collection.

Our product features permanent magnets with powerful An-Isotropic hard ferrite magnets, providing strong magnetic force for efficient separation of materials. Additionally, we offer a version with rare earth magnets system, available in two types: one with longitudinal polar field distribution for low levels of iron contamination and thin mineral layers, and another with lateral polar field distribution for thicker materials and larger iron particles.
